The Haselauer Landhaus is always a good place to try culinary specialties made from regional products. Fancy meat from the Holstein Elbe marshes and nearby producers? Then drop by at any time or let the culinary calendar guide you through an enjoyable year with seasonal delicacies, themed weeks and buffets. Under the huge thatched roof, you can take a seat in the light-flooded parlors and have a good time. The bright and cozy atmosphere invites you to enjoy and feel good. The sunny terrace is also inviting. Everyone who stays in one of the two hotel buildings - Apfelscheune & Küsterhaus - will appreciate the peace and comfort. Holstein horse breeding is inextricably linked to the hotel. Over 100 years ago, the stallion station here laid the foundation stone for family-owned horse breeding in Haselau - a special feeling of tradition and Holstein nature.
