We have made it our mission to cultivate a natural, regional cuisine - fresh, healthy and full of flavors. We are always looking for the better products and the special way of their preparation, for more pleasure and a healthier life.

At the beginning of 2010 we joined the FEINHEIMISCHEN, with whom we see ourselves as preservers and promoters of an enjoyable, sustainable and regionally influenced food culture. And so we meet you today with our way of cooking, our way of service and our way of being hosts.

This is where guests dine - with plenty of space and in peace and quiet. Because contrary to the other customs of the Sylt restaurant scene, the tables here are assigned only once in the evening.
