The hotel is located only 50 meters from the mudflats and blends harmoniously into the dike landscape with its 34 guest rooms. The hotel complex has two buildings, the main house and the new building, which are widely surrounded by meadows. The family-run Watthof is a small hotel complex with two thatched houses. All rooms on the ground floor have a terrace (in summer with a beach chair).
The swimming pool and saunas are located in the main house. Free internet access is offered in the hotel lobby.
A rich breakfast is served until 12 o'clock. A small daily menu is offered in Schaper's restaurant and sun terrace from noon. From 6 p.m., the young kitchen offers a varied menu with seasonal and regional products and an exquisite wine list with partly exclusive wineries, most of which have been personally selected.
