Bruhn ice cream parlor

It is probably the most beautiful way to eat ice cream: Here on the terrace of the Bruhn family directly on the shore of Ratzeburger Domsee and of course with a breathtaking view of the idyllic cathedral peninsula.

This view is even more beautiful at sunset, when the evening light casts a special spell over the Domsee and the Dom peninsula. However, their ice should not melt - that would be much too bad! The Bruhn family has been making their own ice cream for 25 years according to old traditions and traditional recipes. Not to forget the daily fresh cake and pie creations as well as the dome specialties from own production. And since 2019, these include exquisite coffee beans from Brazil, Colombia and India - freshly roasted here at the Domsee in Ratzeburg!

At the sparkling hour, the Bruhn family has come up with something special: the "Ratzeburger Sonne". To the fruit cup with fresh fruit and a fine cream hood there is a sparkling glass original Ratzeburger cathedral sparkling wine.
The sparkling sparkling experience gives it for 7.50 euro.
